Arli homes was one of the first display homes we visited in the Harpley displays in Werribee and nothing else compared to their standard of build and inclusions. I knew by choosing to build with Arli not only would we have a beautiful house to call home but the build would be in the hands of a company I trust.

No hidden costs or surprises at all, which is nearly impossible with other builders. Arli's display homes are designed with almost all standard inclusion, which gave us more ideas about what our home will really look like. This made the journey so much easier for our new home.

We recently pulled out of a build with another builder in favour of Arli Homes and have not regretted it for a single second. Arli offers competitive pricing and simplifies the building process, removing hidden costs that later arise when you have to upgrade everything because the "standard" inclusions are so poor.

We always thought that building a home as a first home buyer would be near impossible, however coming across Arli Homes we are now more optimistic. Their home estimator on their website was super helpful for us to understand our budget, but also created such a level of respect for Arli for their willingness to be so transparent with their clients. I have not found another builder that allows you to identify all costs up front!
