Our relationship doesn’t end at handover, you’ll be a part of the Arli Homes community where we share home design ideas and tips, and gain exclusive invitations to our workshops and events.
Our guarantees
ON TIME COMPLETION GUARANTEE
We want to give you certainty when it comes to build time. We promise to finish your home within the time stated in your contract or we’ll credit you $5,000 at the end of the build. Our build times are 180 days for single storey homes and 270 days for double storey homes.
HOME CONCIERGE
We want you to feel like your voice is always heard. Our Home Concierge aftercare hotline is dedicated to answering all of your concerns so we can address any problems and resolve it as soon as possible.
OUR SERVICE WARRANTY
Now you have settled into your new home, we want to ensure that everything is right for you. In the first 90 days, you have the opportunity to submit a list of defects to our maintenance team. After organising an inspection, we repair any defects without delay.
LIFETIME STRUCTURAL GUARANTEE
Arli builds homes to last a lifetime and we stand by the quality of our workmanship. Our lifetime structural guarantee covers your home from structural failure of the foundation, load bearing brickwork and structural members.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW GUARANTEE
Our goods, which are the structural elements of the house, come with guarantees that are covered under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damages. You will also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

In these times of uncertainty, global material shortages and supply chain issues are increasingly putting pricing pressures on the building sector. Whilst we can absorb some of these costs, we’re constantly reviewing and adjusting pricing to ensure we can sustain a viable business and maintain build quality.
It’s important to note that the pricing shown is relevant for the current month (subject to availability)
Refer a Friend Promotion
The Referrer (existing Arli Homes customer) is able to refer friends to Arli Homes upon paying an initial deposit for their New Home Estimate. To be eligible for the reward, both the Referrer and Referee must enter into and complete a HIA building contract with Arli Homes. The Referrer will receive a $500 VISA gift card when the Referred reaches Slab completion. The Referred will receive a $500 credit towards their build contract. All referrals must be made via the Arli Homes referral link using the form at https://arlihomes.com.au/refer-a-friend. This form must be submitted prior to engaging a New Homes Expert. This referral will end at the discretion of Arli Homes management. The decision of management will be final and not contested.

Get To Site in 12 Weeks Promotion
The Arli Homes Get to site within 12 weeks promotion is available for both Flexi and Premium range homes. There is no provision for change to standard master plans. Offer ends August 30th 2023.
Arli Homes can guarantee the site start date within 12 weeks of the customer’s sales acceptance if they meet the following requirements:
