Investing in our future
We opened six display homes in our first two years and recently added three more in Werribee and Geelong. In 2025, we’ll unveil a 54-square high-spec custom display home in Balwyn. We own all our display homes. We also recently built and sold ten single-storey spec homes in Tarneit, fully funded by our company without debt.
Protecting your home build
As soon as you pay your 5% deposit and we obtain a building permit, you’re protected by our Domestic Building Insurance (DBI). Some builders wait until construction has started to activate DBI, which exposes you to risk. With Arli, you’re covered throughout your entire build journey.
What is domestic building insurance (DBI)?
DBI safeguards your project if your builder becomes insolvent and leaves your building work unfinished or defective. Getting this insurance involves a rigorous process where builders must prove they have a profitable and secure business.
Backed by our insurer
Our strong financial position was verified during our recent DBI review. Following a comprehensive assessment of our financial position including our equity, turnover, profitability, cash flow, supplier payment performance and overheads, our insurer chose to boost our cover by 20% this year.
