Arli’s approach to building your home

Building a new home can sometimes feel overwhelming and confusing, Arli wants to make the process open, streamlined and easy to understand. From the moment we meet, until you’re settled and comfortable in your new home, we’ll guide you through every step.

Finding the right home for you

Arli knows how important it is to find a house that feels like home, fits your needs, and makes your daily life easier. We take the time to get to know your lifestyle so we can get the right fit.

Experience an Arli home

Visit an Arli display home and experience a well-planned layout with natural light and open spaces. All the premium fixtures and features you see are our standard inclusions. What you see is what you get.

We can help guide you through our homes and offer advice to select the right design layout and façade that meets your style and needs.

Estimate your build

After selecting your home design, we discuss your land and any upgrades you may want to include. Use our online Home Estimator to get an estimate of your project (excludes site costs).

We’ll provide a preliminary quote to give you an idea of the build cost.

Making a start

An initial deposit of $3,000 (or $5,000 for Knockdown Rebuild) will start your home journey as we work towards a New Home Contract.

Add your style

We guide you through a curated selection of interior design options that complement every Arli home. Choose from our range of colours and surfaces to create a distinct look that works for you.

With years of experience, our interior design team have carefully chosen a flexible interior design pallette to help make your decisions easy.

Customise and make practical choices

Working with our electrical consultants you can customise your electrical layouts so your home is tailored to your interior needs. You have the option of deciding where electrical points are placed and for an additional cost, you can add more where needed. You can select any other upgrades for your home.

Your final quotation

Once you’ve finalised all your interior selections and upgrades to personalise your home, we provide your final quotation for your review prior to preparing your New Home Contract.

Contract signing

We meet to review and sign the contract. A 5% deposit (minus initial deposits paid) is required to commence the build. We ensure you’re informed on what to expect during the build and discuss any queries you may have.

Watch your home take shape

After all the planning and permits are approved, we let you know the specific start and completion dates of the build. 

There will be site visits for the four key stages of the build, but you’re welcome to additional site visits by organising a suitable time with your site manager.

We won’t leave you hanging

Once you’ve moved into your new home, we want to make sure that everything is just right for you. In the first 90 days, you have the opportunity to submit a list of defects to our maintenance team. After organising an inspection, we repair any defects without delay.

We will also check back in at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months to ensure you are as happy as the day you moved in.
